Our Knowledge

With over 20 years of experience, Stephen has a growing reputation as one of the lead designers for client led residential developments that focus on bespoke solutions. Also specializing in office to residential conversions where his technical knowledge is invaluable. As a Chartered Architectural Technologist who graduated from the University of Ulster in 2001, Stephen has impeccable technical knowledge and expertise. Recently qualifying as a Certified Passive House Designer, he also represents the Region as CIAT Councillor. Amongst his many awards and accolades, Stephen was delighted to be named as a finalist in the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) Awards for “Excellence in Architectural Technology” 2020.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys staying active, spending time with his young family and exploring the outdoors.
