The garage conversion has been delivered with meticulous attention given to material matching, fenestration detailing and overall architectural integrity. The finished result integrates seamlessly with the existing period fabric. Nixon Architecture acted as Lead Consultant and Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act 2022, providing strategic oversight from design coordination through to technical compliance and delivery.
This first phase establishes the quality benchmark for the wider scheme, with Phase Two now progressing.
