Planning permission has been granted for two new lakeside holiday lodges within the Tendring region.
Designed to Passive House principles, the lodges will offer year-round comfort with ultra-low energy demand — a fabric-first approach, high levels of insulation and airtightness, and MVHR to support healthy indoor air quality.
