A two-storey, four bedroom detached Passivhaus dwelling on what is currently a vacant site, with associated landscaping and parking arrangements.
Tucked away from the road, the design is subtle and uses proportions and detailing to create an elegant design. The materials, scale and massing draw upon the dwelling’s existing context to present a high quality design that enhances its environment and re-uses an otherwise derelict plot, while taking into account the needs of the family living there.
