We have provided Passive House PHPP Design design services for a New Build Dwelling in Little Thetford Cambridgeshire. Construction to commence later in 2022. The scheme is a self build and comprises of 3 bedrooms with study. We are aiming for the Passive House Classic Standard. Architectural Design by PiP Architecture, structural design by Superstructures.
Little Thetford is an attractive rural village situated three miles to the south of Ely in the county of Cambridgeshire in England. It is close to the City of Cambridge, famous for its Universities, and Newmarket, the centre of British horse racing.
