We have submitted a Planning Application to Tendring District Council for 3 bespoke detached properties all within the constraints of the village envelope. Sufficient measures have been undertaken to ensure the preservation of the existing site.
The history of the village runs back to the Doomsday Book and was once on the major road between the Port of Harwich and the London Markets, which has survived the plague and two world wars.
