We have recently been granted Listed Building Consent for improvements to this 15th Century Grade II Listed Building in the Maldon Conservation Area. The works provide the opportunity to bring the building back to a habitable state.
Retaining the significant historic fabric and conserving the buildings original features will be of key importance.
